Q. How do I contact Ajwa?

Q. Do I pay delivery charge for each item?

A. You only pay a set Charge for every order NOT every item. We have a flat rate shipping charge for deliveries all over the world. Any order over £100.00 will be free shipping.

Q. Is next day delivery more expensive?

A. Yes, this requires a special delivery service, which is slightly more expensive. Please email us with details of your location.

Q. If part of my order is out of stock, do I have to pay an extra delivery charge when it is sent to me?

A. If you try and order an item and it is out of stock, we can automatically send it out to you when it is available. As the item was part of the original order, we do not make any extra delivery charge.

Q. How long does your delivery take?

A. Within the UK we have 2 day delivery service. Which means if you place your order on day1 we will despatch your order on day2 and you will receive your order on day3. For international orders, we allow for 4 working days. This allowance is also for contingency purposes, normally international orders will arrive at the destination country within 2 days of despatch.

 

Q. Can I nominate a day or time for delivery?

A. Yes, you can request a delivery time before 1PM or after 1PM, Monday to Friday. On Saturday deliveries are between 8AM-6PM. This is only for local UK delivery, as we do not have control over international delivery timings.

Q. What if I am at work when the courier tries to deliver?

A. If you are going to be out when the courier calls then ring 0207 247 2367 (during opening hours) and nominate a secure place to leave the order e.g. with a neighbour. If it is your second order you can specify a different address for future deliveries.

Q. Am I charged for the items as soon as I place the order?

A. You have a 14-day approval period from the day the items are actually dispatched. If during the 14 days you return the items in its original packaging, there will be no charge. This, however, does not apply to perfumes. Only clothing. So you can try before you buy.

Q. If I return all the items in my order will I still be charged delivery?

A. Yes, any charge for sending items back to us is down to you. But, we try our best to ensure that if you have right products, first time every time.

Q. Do I have to pay for returns?

A. No, returns to our stores are free. If you prefer to take them to your Post Office you will have to pay for delivery charge only. We are looking at ways of sending you prepaid bags that you can use to send items back to us without incurring any charges. Please make dua (supplications) that we are able to achieve this soon Insha Allah (God Willing).

Q. Can I spread my payment?

A. No. Ajwa does not have this in place yet. Insha Allah (God Willing) we will endeavour to make this available soon.

Q. How do I pay?

A. You can settle your full balance using all major credit and debit cards. We use Worldpay as our approved method of payment which you can use online to settle your balance. If you prefer you can pay by cheque. Please make the cheque payable to Ajwa, write your Ajwa online order number on the back with your name and address. We only accept cheques from UK customers. If you are a international customer and would like a alternative payment method, we recommend either inter-account transfers (please contact us on sales@ajwa.co.uk for account details) or money orders. Q. What is your Credit Card Security Code?

 

 

A. The card security code is a three-digit number found on the reverse of your card on the signature strip. It is preceded by part or all of your card number, but is always the last three digits. This security code gives extra protection when shopping online, as only the person who holds the card will have access to the code, as it is not printed anywhere and does not appear on normal receipts. We regret we cannot proceed with your order without this security number.
